CultureLinks Consulting, LLC is a cross-cultural consulting firm, based in
Sarasota, Florida specializing in strengthening working relations between
businesses and their diverse workforces that include a growing number of
Hispanic/Latino employees. We accomplish this by partnering with businesses to
improve communications and performance in a work environment that includes both
English speaking and Spanish speaking employees.
CultureLinks also assists businesses that want to capture the attention of
Hispanics as consumers for their products and services. Bottom line, we
facilitate the understanding of the Hispanic culture. CultureLinks Consulting
services a broad number of industries including clubs, golf course management,
hospitality-related, landscape and construction companies.
We believe there is a need for companies and organizations to be proactive and
visionary as it relates to their ability to forecast the future of staffing in
their industries. Through awareness, education, implementation of well placed
programs and effective communication with their management, employees and
associates, we can help businesses be leaders in their respective industries
through the fast paced changes we are seeing in the workplace.
About Mariale Uria
Mariale Uria, CCM founded CultureLinks Consulting based
on the growing need of businesses and immigrant employees to better understand
each other and work together successfully. Mariale has a Bachelors of Science
in Hotel and Restaurant Management and is a Certified Club Manager (CCM) through
the Club Managers Association of America. Mariale was born in South America;
and, has lived in and visited several native Spanish speaking countries prior to
starting CLC. She is fluent in both English and Spanish.
Mariale has over eighteen years of experience in the hospitality industry and
has done extensive work with golf course maintenance management and workers.
Having been successful in club management for more than fifteen of those years,
Mariale has a solid grasp of the workforce, the management and the consumer and,
the needs of these put together to achieve a company's business goals and help
position them at the top of their industries.
